Registered Games Not Recognized By LauncherFollow

I've gone to http://member.square-enix.com/na/ and registered a PS3 and PC copy (two different accounts) but both launchers say there are no games registered to either account. The website shows two, EA and the copies I just bought. On the PC launcher it asks for a 20 digit code but it's in a completely different format than the card in the box. I haven't received any emails with new codes since I registered both on the website either. The PS3 launcher doesn't give an option to enter anything, just says no game is registered.

Anyone else experiencing this?
