need help to remove security token from accountFollow

Good morning fellow members, I'm a 1.0 player and would like to return to the ff XIV realm. I'm having trouble logging in my account because of the missing security token. Email and phone support for SE is disabled. Any ideas? or I'm screwed til SE sorts out the current issues

I know you definitely can remove it because I used to have one on my account which I deleted...

But I had to log into the Square Enix Account Management website to do it....

Seeing as how you cannot log in because you don't have it... You may need to wait until you can talk to support.

I had to call & talk to support to get mine removed. The only other option is to hope you have that emergency removal code written down somewhere. Sorry to hear that though =\

Next time, I encourage everyone to save the emergency removal code from the management account someone on your desktop that way if you ever lose it :) you don't have to wait on SE

yeh, it's been over two years. Lost the token, lost emergency code as well. I'm sure SE is bombard with calls from all the corners of the world right now.
