My roomy got her copy for the PC and is not getting any tooltips for items or abilities in the menus, this just a setting we're missing or is it a bug that has survived one reinstall already?

UPDATE: have tried just about everything we can think of, drivers are up to date and everything seems to be running properly. We have also submitted a bug report.
It's not easy to play the game when you can't even tell what the stats on your items and abilities are, any help or useful suggestions would be welcome.

So for example, you dont see the description like above(hover mouse over)? In this case, you may want to relog first then maybe reinstall. I had that issue once in phase 3 for items/abilities anything tooltip like you said & i just restarted. Oh, you may want to try 'run as administrator' although its not really necessary.
