Does anyone have a guide to the commands for making macros.
Whether it be for switching gear or simply saying gather together before performing a buff

http://eorzeareborn.com/macro-overview/ is a very good starting point for macro building. There are no gear swaps in this game (afaik), at least during battle. Full swaps between classes/jobs can be handeld with the gear set function, within your character pane.
