I'm beginning to wonder if it's even worth trying to play until they fix the servers. My internet connection has been quite a pile of trash lately, causing me to DC a few times a day. Normally this wouldn't be that bad, as I could just log right back in to whatever game I'm playing, but we know how the story goes with XIV.

I didn't even have a problem today, got right on both times, was hoping it was fixed.

If your connection is that unreliable, then yeah, you are probably better off waiting until next week. That beats the frustration of being 1017'd for another five days.

I'm already severely frustrated that I can't progress. Nothing bothers me more than being far behind the crowd when I have quite a bit more time to devote to playing than most people.

I frequently want to drive over to Optimum cable, calmly walk in, punch the supervisor, say "You know why!", and then calmly walk out.
