So I have a PC account. I am visiting my brother this weekend who plays the game on PS3. Can I logon to my account on his PS3?

No. You have to register a PS3 game key on your PC account. I just tried to log in on my PS3 using my PC login. I then went to MogHouse site and logged in to add a PS3 version to my account and it said I had to add my registration code. SqE! WHY??? PC/Ps2/Xbox was all cross!

So in short, you have had to purchase a PS3 version to play it.
