so now i don't have ffxiv registered...Follow

when i go into square enix account management it doesn't even show when i first registered my ffxiv it only shows my open beta registration which makes no sense since when i enter my code it says that it is already registered and im on the right account, its the only account i use for my ffxi and when i added xiv 2 years ago... worst part is i still can't get a hold of customer service :(
