I got an email from amazon saying I had been charged but I didn't recieve a product code. Anyone else deal with them and know if they'll send it later or should I contact them?

Look in your account, look at the bottom for "Digital Content" and click on "Your game and software library" Look for FFXIV then click on vew product code.
