PS3 registration code issue.Follow

Hello guys, I've seen a thread or two regarding this issue but there was no clear answer....does anybody know what's going on with the PS3 codes? Like others, mine says its either incorrect or redeemed, which is impossible as I just opened the box :X Was wondering if there is any word, official or otherwise as to what is going on?

Thanks for letting me know. I got on to find this info and here it is. Thanks. All I could think about was how hard it was going to be to get them to believe that I didn't use my code already and that what they gave me was not working.

Where did you find that? I didn't see anything at @FF_XIV_EN or @PlayStation. Thanks!

another thing... should I delete the old download with a new download off the disc or will the old one still work on the HD

And now it says it's been up for 40 minutes, and mine still doesn't work -.-

UPDATE: Now my PSN account is locked because I tried to redeem the code so many times, since I foolishly assumed I would be able to redeem it at midnight on the 27th, which was 14 hours ago. I called Sony & they said I have to wait 24 hours before I can try again. They also asked for the code & then told me that it wasn't a valid PSN code. I had to send them a picture of the booklet & a copy of my receipt to prove that I am legit. Well done, Sony & Square.
