Not sure what the racist comment at the bottom means but anyway...
Most of us already have characters started and some time and levels into them, so starting over isn't exciting. NOW...if they would let us server transfer to new or less populated servers for free now, and possibly back later, then we might have something.

A whole lots of moggle hats showing up on Ragnarok means a lot of Ps3 players "i think" are logging on a legacy server. I'm still scared to log out yet. So many thing to do in one more hour.

Its ******** that paying customers cant play on their legacy character on NA servers. Its ******** to expect someone to reroll on a JP server

It's not racist. Insensitive and in bad taste sure, but it's not racist. OP doesn't in any way demean nor ridicule the Japanese people. His comment was in reference to the perceived notion that the Japanese servers have received more or better support.
The third poster was correct.

No we would all be forced at gunpoint to hail Hitler, and there would likely be no such thing as an MMO, or a server for that matter. Point is, the past is behind us.
