On Balmung, will people be able to join during launch?Follow
A friend of mine wants to join me adventuring but he's not going to buy the game for a few days. Are people locked out of making characters on Balmung at launch? Is it full already?
It was one of the Legacy Servers so right now it's overfloweth with people. I hope SE opens up the server trasnfer servers sooner rather than later to help aleviate all this strain we're putting on the servers, but you may have to wait a good bit before it opens again.
Once the initial swell of people dies down things should free up a bit... With how negative people who are unable to play are being, it shouldn't take too long on that front.

create a character... probably not. Heck, even if they can they'll keep getting the 'server is full' error like I am anyway (figured I might be able to squeak in right after work while it wasn't really prime time... so far, no luck)
