Deleting Phase 4 Character - PS3 Question :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

Hey all,

Did not get to play much in P4 due to NA/EU server errors, and accidentally started on Kujata (JP server).

Is there a way to scrub my character and get started in EA on a NA/EU server? I did not get very far and do not mind starting from scratch.

Just not sure how to go about this on a PS3.

Any feedback/suggestions would be really appreciated - thanks!

EDIT: removed outdated sig - and to confirm, I have already completed my sign up for EA from pre-order

Scroll over your character in the selection screen, press the square button and delete should be the sub command option
