can u remove quests on quest tracker Follow

Ok is there is a way to remove quests from the quest tracker and replace them with different quests? I read that you could in phase3 but I then I heard you cant in phase4? I still haven't see anything. Just wanted to ask to make sure.Thankfully you usually don't have a lot of quest to get all jumbled up but it should would be nice to swap them when changing towns an doing a different class for abit .

Also isn't there a way to make the hotbars smaller/larger?

In P3 there used to be check boxes next to quests so you could do this, but SE stated the developers thought it would be a good idea to remove them (I don't know why). I think enough people have requested them back that SE has agreed to do so, but we just don't know when. I'd expect whenever the first patch comes after release.
