So I just got back in but don't know where to go to continue the story? I finished as far as we could in P4, Bowl of Embers. Any help would be appreciated :)

It doesn't, but someone helped me out in the game. You head over to Walking Sands which is NW of Horizon is anyone else is also wondering :)
The text of the last completed mission doesn't tell you to go there?
Should send you to Vesper Bay to talk to the Scions.
