Will Ultros maintain a healthy population? Your thoughts?Follow
I have been doing some research into server population but I could not find much except for phase 3 Beta. It shows Ultros as pretty low compared to Leviathan and Gilgamesh. But, this was possibly before ZAM forum stated our server would be Ultros? Maybe? What do you think? Will we have a healthy population that will grow and thrive, assuming that game does well? (It will!)
I found the server population to be pretty decent during the betas.....however I don't know how many of those people will actually be playing after launch. I joined ultros way before I came to zam and it was mostly because of nostalgia for the lovable octopus that he was. I think with all the server restrictions that happen during early access and launch will spread out numerous new people to all servers.
I don't think Ultros will be the most populated server, but I do believe that it'll hold a nice population for a good, long, while. At the very least, Ultros will have the damn finest community in the game.

I saw on twitter today that Final Fantasy Network and Kingdom Hearts Insider also have a shell on Ultros.
so we got...Zam, 4chan /vg/(which isn't that bad), giant bomb, FFN, and KHI?

Sounds like we will have no issues with population then! That is great news! I suspected as much, just wanted some other opinions on the matter, and you gave more than that! Thanks!
I really hope it does well. Here I was thinking it might be pretty popular due to the name alone. I mean, how can you pass this up?!

NA has some pretty sick FF figures
Leviathan, Cactuar, Behemoth, Diabolos, Ultros and SPECIALLY Gilgamesh, which i'm sure will be the server with the biggest population

JA servers definitely got all the coolest characters though.
Hmm True. I know the first time I saw the server list, Cactuar and Gilgamesh stood out most to me. But I just can't pass up a chance to be on Ultros. I'm just so happy to hear the forums here and many others are looking into joining up with it.
I suppose I also forget that we may have some younger generations playing and Ultros isn't the most well know name for the later part of the franchise.

And going to have to agree with the resent statement. It does seem like JA servers got first pick of the most popular summons around at least. XD
