Im queueing up for copperbell mines on my level 18 arcanist main to get that story run out the way.
create my character in ultros.
Going to look for someone in the ZAM linkshell to send me an invite.
leveling my arcanist from 20 to 50. And not sleeping until I accomplish it!
Switching to lancer and doing the level 20 class quest for it. No idea after that. Either level or craft.

Gonna try to get my characters on the two servers that denied me over the weekend: Ultros and Gilgamesh (where all my RL friends went, the bastards.)
I am actually not sure. Probably continue leveling my MRD till I get WAR unlocked at 30. Then start leveling subclasses. Either that or start Mining.
Depending on congestion, if my friends can get on, we'll probably do a couple dungeons. If not, I'll just work on getting gladiator to 15.
Violence good. Sexy bad. Yay America.
GLD lv20 job quest after that the sky's d limit

I'm going to see if I can count to 50 before getting disconnected! Come on guys, this is launch day! A day of mass frustration and predictions of doom for the game! It happens to almost all games, so I doubt this one will be immune. =P
Rejoice that this day is finally here. It's been a long road boys and girls... really doesn't feel like 2 years ago that the team unveiled their plans for 2.0. And here we are.

"Awakening" 18 classes. Gotta restart all those quest lines from L1. I'll probably do 1 at a time, refresh the gear, do the quests, etc.
Or perhaps wake one class and get grand company/choco companion first? Stuff I didn't do in b4 to avoid exp loss.

I don't think any of the CE items will be in EA...the pre-order bonuses might be.

just check the moggle mail, any items were getting will be there, but yes i don't think CE will be because we didn't insert the CE code, only the pre-orders, CE codes will most likely have to be used on the 27th when mogstation comes up.

Im a 1.0 ce holder so I dont have a ce code
Playing with my new pretty items and fixing my UI. Then sleep!
I am also a 1.0 ce holder but I am unsure if we will be getting the items for EA. I remember there being a post about this on the beta forums but don't remember if a com rep actually answered it or it was just speculation. I wouldn't get my hopes up though.
First thing to do when logging in? Group up and turn Ifrit into BBQ.
