I cancelled my Pre-order of FFXIV(PS3) from the SE site, because the EA code was not working that they sent me. I just purchased the game again through PSN.
My question is how to ensure this version is linked to my 1.0/PC account? How do I do this through the PSN system? Or do I just download, & log in with my Username on Saturday? How does it know which account is flagged for Early Access? If I haven't linked my SE & PSN accounts yet?

Download, launch, and sign in. Let it go through the update. The save data will still be there so I don't know if anything is actually required on your part. To be sure you can try copying it to a thumb drive or uploading it to PS+ and deleting it locally. This'll force you to log back in and relink.
