I'm at the point where SE's customer support has irritated me so much it's not worth playing the game.

I've sat on hold for 2 hours, and waited for 3 hours for chat support.

Finally get through to chat support, and they tell me they are aware of the issues before I even get through my issue.

I registered my PS3 EA code last night, received my 12digit code, which does not work. Tells me it's no longer in use. And, the 12 digit code confirmation was sent to a different email address than my 1.0/PC account is registered under.

Can anyone help me figure this out? Any PS3 users experiencing the same thing?

You got your code but it was sent to a differnet email than your account is registered to... that you also own? Sounds a bit dodgy for sure :/

Are you sure you only have the one account maybe you have a seperate account for your ps3 login that uses a different registered email? I'm spitballing here, but if that is the case maybe the code needs to be registered on that account or some other silly reason? I'm sorry to hear you are having problems, having official corresondence triggered by your own account being sent to different emails seems really strange, especially when it ties back into your own accounts. :x

Maybe buying stuff for consoles off of the SE store rather than the PSN store causes these issues, sorry I couldn't be much help. But, again, please accept my sympathies. { I'm sorry. } ; ;

I had problems even getting a code from Gamestop for pre early access a month In advance... so about a week ago I walk In the store and go I would like to cancel my preorder on ffxiv. The employee goes why, I state you guys never gave me a early access code. He then states do you want one now (I smirked and told him no I already purchased off the PSN network). With out any problems he gave me my preorder money back and I was on my way. Good thing was I got the Collectors edition for only 59.99 on PSN rather then 79.99 from gamestop and early access comes automatically on purchase. Maybe you should just buy from the PSN network and cancel your other order.

There is a code redemption thing being mentioned on the ffxiv forums atm that you might be interested in about being allowed to reuse early access codes used on the wrong account

Hey did you use the code you get of the website you registered your ps3 ea code?.
I oreorder my copy from ebgames, it took them a while to get a early access code from them first they gave me a beta acceess code then about 2 weeks ago I went in there and asked again and they had them,

Once the early access website registration site was up I register grabbed my psn code of the website registration entered it In to my ps3 account management download client againand about 2 days later sqaure enix emailed me another code for something I just breezed over the email.
