Error 3 message :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

I have my 18 digit code. I have all check marks for all the boxes. I hit the ps3 button and when i go to register it. The only message i get is error 3. there was a problem try again later. What does that mean? over loaded server or what? would love some help here. Kind of freaking out.

Its a holy **** we didnt think this many actually bought the game so we were renting a low traffic server to register codes.

for those getting this error try getting your code for ps3 insted of pc.... it seems to me that the pc download is acutaly a ps3 cd key
