The best place to pre-order... Too late for early access?Follow

Title says it all pretty much.
Want to know the best place to pre-order the game, i.e. Amazon, Gamestop etc... I attempted to pre-order via SE's e-Store, but I am having trouble there as the login states my e-mail/password credentials are wrong, but I know my SE account e-mail and password work fine via the SE account management system website blah blah!

Also- Is it too late to gain early access once I purchase the digital copy? Sorry if this has been adressed already, did a bit of a search, but still a bit lost on this.

*UPDATE*
Was able to pre-order via SE e-Store,(had to update some account info from the main page) and also got instructions on early access. So just waiting on those instructions and the 24th.

Ordered early this morning from Amazon also, haven't gotten any news on a pre-order bonus code though.

I called up a gamestop and asked about the pre-order codes. I kept insisting that they have these codes already, the shop went to head office with emails. After a few hours I got a call saying they had the codes and that they would be more than happy to sell me a pre-order copy with code.

Is it tomorrow we can start putting these codes in? I got mine from Amazon but I ordered in June and I heard they stopped giving them out.

did you order the digital download or the hardcopy?

If you have a PS3, I recommend buying it straight off PSN if you don't care for any physical bonus items. No begging for codes required, no figuring out the right place to use them; it's all installed automatically and immediately. It couldn't be more simple.

I also preordered from Amazon roughly an hour ago and just received the code.

Is it too late to preorder? I get this message when I click the preorder button on FFXIV Collectors addition on the FFXIV website
