Ultros Full?Follow
Just heard someone say they were trying to make a character on Ultros and said the server was full. Can anyone confirm this? I have yet to make my character.

Yup it is. Was open about an hour or two ago but currently closed.
I have seen in the Beta forums that a bunch of servers are no longer accepting new characters.

I made a character there this morning because I could not make a character in Leviathan were my friends are playing. Now even Ultros is filled up. lol.

If your patient and hit refresh it will once again be open

Been refreshing and re logging for 30 minutes so far,
I was just in there on Ultros server on my lunch break and the streets of Ul'dah are packed

While it sucks for those trying to get on, I see it as fantastic news for the game.
It is obviously busy and people are giving it a fair shake 2nd time around.
Hopefully we'll see a realm reborn be a great success

So what does that mean?
What ever server you pick now is permanent right unless you pay to transfer?.... That will be bull crap if you have to pay to get back with your friends.

Not if people can not play on servers with there friends.. hope they fix that...
Also you know how many angry people there will be if all servers are full? Most people are at work now and there are only a few servers accepting people. what about those who are waiting for tomorrow because they wanted to play too.. The forums will be flooded with angry people.

Dude chill out with the doomsday speak. The servers are coming on and off, updates are being pushed through their Twitter feed. It's not like the servers will be lock for eternity.

This, if they ***** up this in the free trial period they will lose sales.
They are likely bottlenecking the servers so that people who don't care can fill the ones that are open, and then they will reopen the servers when the populations are more equal. Seems logical. Just wait a bit until your server is open if it means that much.

I'm not overly worried about it. It's not like they are going to say "Sorry, but we're full and not letting anyone else in. Ever." I'll just keep checking it when I get home till I get in.
Wow that blows... I was hoping to play a lot tonight. I won't be doing much of anything if Ultros isn't open.

Give it some time. Created my Character for Behemoth this morning before work, but it was full at the time. 4-5 refreshes later at 3min intervals, it opened up and I seized the opportunity. It will very likely open up again.

As of 5:25 EST, it is open and taking new characters.

It was 3 minutes (roughly) ago. Sadly I'm waiting on another server. The open server list is getting smaller so things must be balancing out, I hope. I got some time though so not worried.
What a bunch of fail. So do I waste my night hitting refresh or waste my night on a server I don't want to stay on?
