I had done the chocobo quests and what not in 1.0, was able to summon them. Now on my legacy char, I can't seem to summon anything. Do I have to repeat the level 20 chocobo quest and re-obtain a whistle?

Have you tried a Gobbue mount? I believe the Chocobo is locked to the Grand Company quest, but if I remember correctly I could ride the Gobbie in beta before that quest.

from what I read of the patch notes, I think they are now listed with your actions and skills.

There we go, didn't know about the Calamity Salvage NPC, and didn't know I had to use the items, then open up actions, then set them. Probably should of read a bit more, but I figured this stuff would just come to you.
