PS3 error code 80029564Follow

I have called Sony twice and I keep getting the code 80029564. I have reset the data base and deleted all corrupted files. I gotten as far install at 14% and that is when the error code happens I have attempted 7 times yesterday and so far 3 times today and it gets stuck at 14% install. Is there away I can get a new beta code for the ps3 ? I have emailed SE 4 times with this and nothing. Here is my email ladyvajedi@verizon.net
