How do I download client??Follow
I just preordered the game and received a download link with these instructions, "Save file Final_Fantasy_XIV_Early_Access_Instructions.pdf to your Desktop. After saving, run the file to install your new software." However all that is is a PDF file, running it doesnt commence any game download, it just opens a pdf file... I'm confused ><
Sounds like the PDF is just instructions you should follow to be able to download. Did you read it?

Nope, its just instructions for getting access to early release, has nothing in it that allows me to download the client :(
also, in addition to this issue, I'm also confused about what my "pre-order code" is which it says to keep safe... yet nothing I received labels anything as being my pre-order code, I'm assuming that my serial number will work for that? The only other number i received is my order number. Why don't they make these things clearer? /sigh
