What do I need to do for access to P4?Follow

I am confused on what I need to do.

I own the CE of 1.0
I signed up for the first round of Beta, but never got a key
I pre-ordered the digital SE/CE one (only recently finding out i didnt need to,)
I was given a key for access to P3..

I would like to play in P4, so do I need to sign up for it again somewhere?
Would someone provide a link for me if possible, pretty please?

Or do I just need to log in like I was going to play in P3 again?

If you played in Phase 3 you're in for phase 4 without having to do anything.

You still need to "register" even though it's 'open'.

And registration is closing I think on the 1st, then reopens on the day P4 starts.
