Does anyone else hope that they implement a feature that matches up the colors with say, the torso armor, much like they did in SWTOR (a Unify option), or perhaps give us a shop or NPC where our stuff can be dyed? I'm referring to the armor we get from completing a quest, not the stuff we craft ourselves later in the game.

Clothing dye/unify option
Yes, a unify option:2 (18.2%)
Yes, a shop/NPC to dye armor:4 (36.4%)
No, I'll wait until I'm a higher level to dye armor:2 (18.2%)
No, I like looking like a clown and might go for this look until endgame:3 (27.3%)
Total:11

Edit: I'm assuming there's armor dye in this version, and I'm also assuming you don't have to be a specific class to dye your armor, or am I wrong?

To be honest, I'd like both options 1 and 2. I'd like a button to push that unifies the colors I'm wearing (SWTOR keys off from the body piece, and that seems fine), AND I'd like an NPC to sell me dyes.

The low level gear in XIV is pretty far to the extreme on the ridiculometer, with the odd exception of caster gear which looks perfectly fine for some reason.

It's still better than the peasant look in 1.0. It was like 20 levels of burlap for DoM.

Having the option to wear cosmetic armor would be nice.

I think there already is an NPC who dyes armor. And you can buy the dye from a shop.

There should be a dye vendor in each town. 40 gil to dye 1 piece of armor. http://i.imgur.com/KkZ6y5U.jpg. There is also a quest in the game that introduces you to dying your equipment.

Do you guys know what level you have to be? Still think they should do something about people in the lower levels.

Edit: Oh, I saw that on Reddit. Actually the guy says you have to be lvl 15 to get to Ul'dah in order to dye clothing. Hmmm...
