Legacy characters - Race / sex / name change? :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

Hello,
I read somewhere that you can change characteristics of your legacy character...As I noticed that are available female roagyrims and a male Mi'quotes (which i happen to have a female) I was wondering if I need to apply to anything online before the beta window re-opens tomorrow.

For the beta phase you won't be able to change your character, but for live you will. It will be a one time change and you don't have to apply for anything.

Hehe, that's my plan. I'm using the same name as I was from 1.0, so I'm going to turn my 1.0 character into a female miqote for fun. I won't use it much anyways, so might as well... purely for aesthetic reasons. I had enough of that giant, stinky roegadyn.
