I lvled to 16 did my airship pass and all that jaz but i didnt see where to hire a retainer.. was i missing something? The only way to sell on the market is to have a retainer so I really dont wanna get into phase 4 and have no idea how to get one lol. any help would be great :)
There is a bell you can use to summon them.
Also, all progress during phase 3 will be wiped. Anything you get during phase 4 will be kept going into the release, unless something really big happens. There's always a very small chance they may have to erase progress again if something game breaking comes up. I don't expect this to happen though.

Unless an economy shattering exploit or something happens I doubt they will wipe out Phase 4. I'm glad they are keeping their options open but I don't expect to see anything major happening, the developing team seems to be on the ball and the community seems pretty solid.

yea this. I remember in p2 the ministril said somthing about finishing a quest line to get one but I have yet to find it in P3.

Right you have to finish enough of the main story first.

Where is the "Market Board" in Gridania any way? Is it where those little NPC vendor stalls are?

hrmm i wonder what lvl that is cuz like i said i did the lvl 15 quests. I really hope you dont need to be lvl 20-25 just to use the AH.. >.>
