Version 1.0 Character Transfers - does your char appear?Follow

Starting in phase 3, any pre-existing characters from Version 1.0 will be present on the character selection screen. Please note that Version 1.0 characters will not be available at the start of phase 3. They will appear on the character selection screen once data transfers are complete.

I had a lv 50 mnk in ver 1.0, but it doesn't appear. Does yours?

No they are not but the character appearance data is present, at least in some form. Some of my characters on 1 account showed up but not the characters on my 2nd account.
