Anyone got anything yet? Ordered mine a couple weeks back and I only got the initial code and .PDF file
However, no d/l link or anything and with Phase3 starting up soon I am wondering, am I the only one?

The game hasn't been released yet so you won't be getting any downloads or software in the mail. If you're referring to beta invites, I haven't gotten one either and I was in alpha, beta 1, and beta 2. I assume they are being slow this time.
With E3 starting, they are probably dedicating time to that. also, their whole building had no power over the weekend. Beta invites should be out soon, and a DL for the game will probably be available around August 13-20th. It's just a guess, but with early release, and the beta going smoothly, it's an educated guess.

Does preordering guarantee P3 access? I didn't read that anywhere, but it would be awesome.

I didn't read it anywhere either, mentioning pre-order PS3 guarantees phase 3 invite. But if it's true, I will be glad to as I'm planning to have it on both PC and PS3 anyway. So far I only pre-ordered the PC from Amazon.
I preordered and haven't even been charged yet. I'm guessing they're waiting until release to actually charge for it?

Phase 3 is not early access. Early access comes after phase 4 and before release.
Phase 3 > phase 4(open beta for everyone) > early access> release day.

I think what the OP is asking is if any of us has received the early access code. I have not. I heard some people who pre-ordered from Amazon have received theirs.
If you pre-ordered from SE you probably did get a code your just not looking in the correct place. On the page where you downloaded you PDF file there is a code in the next paragraph.
From your order confirmation email go to http://www.findmyorder.com Under begin download there is a serial # for an electronic download. then the Instructions.
Instructions to sign up for early access to the game:
Visit http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com and register. You will be notified via email prior to the launch of the game on when you can return and redeem your preorder code to unlock Early Access to the game along with instructions on how to receive your Cait Sith Doll minion and Moogle Cap digital content.
You will need an active Square Enix account to complete this process so, if you want to set one up in advance, please go here: http://na.square-enix.com/members.

It says this, and we do receive a code in the confirmation email. It's a little confusing because the code in the email says it is only for pre-order content. This paragraph here lets us know what to do in order to redeem the code. A little misleading.

Guess there was some misunderstanding at first and I believe we are all in the same boat now. Those that preordered at least already received the early access code (Amazon called this a "promotional code"), but it's not a guarantee to phase 3.
