Ok, so you get early access from preordering thats separate from beta phase 3 and open beta. However heres where Im confused.. if you preorder the PS3 version Im sure theyre not gonna give you the disc (gamestop for example) early/before relase date (for your early access) so if they do it through downloable code (which since its early access meaning that code will let me download the FULL game an dplay it and not just some demo)... what sto stop me from paying 10 buck son my preorder to get early access, start playing teh game and then if i wanna continu eto ply I pay teh monthly fee.. and thus I just got a 40 dollar game for 10 dollars?

Or lets say that code restricts you from playing after official release and you need teh full game to continue (thus youll have to pay the extra 30 bucks to get the full game) ok so how would the early access code know who to restricted? I mean what if when I preordered the game instead of paying 10 bucks I paid teh full price upfront... but then the early access restricts me on officially launch date because it thinks i havent paid/doesnt know i paid for the game already?

You'll most likely receive a code to gain early access , then when the game launches you will have to input the key from your copy of the game to keep playing. Most games that do this usually give you a few days - a week to input the code to give people that order the game from an online retailer to receive the disks in the mail.
