I was just wondering if they have put out anything about the new race that might be coming out and if there would be anychance to change to that race once it comes into play without haveing to resart from scratch.... I see myself putting in all this time then this race would come out and ill want to change to but wont want to put in the work to build it up again

Sounds like they want to include a new race in an expansion - I doubt you could change to it.
I don't see why not. There are other games which have a race change service.
Yea with wow been the first i saw doing it (i don't know for older games though). I doubt i would change the lalafell i will be making but who knows! :P
