So what do you think? Is this just a lazy attempt at adding diversity or are you eager to try a race specific hair style?

I don't see the issue really. More options are always better.

As long as there are enough ways to customize your look so that I only see 5 or 6 of myself running around, I'm good.

The idea is ludicrous. We all know that only humans are capable of forming their hair into pig-tails.*

*Highlander men also have occasion to look cute, after all.

It's okay. but I think some hairstyles would look a little silly on tarutaru

I hope taru gets more short mare hairstyles besides that ONE "spiky" generic one that (looked nice but) everyone had

I must be one of the few who spends maybe 5 minutes tops in the character creator. I don't really have the patience for making a character.

My wife can spend hours designing each Sim in The Sims 3, I imagine she'd be one who likes to really tweak her character.

You're not alone. Ultimately, the face, hair, and body ends up being covered by armor so you don't ever really get a chance to notice it beyond the starting levels where you're virtually naked.

I spent more time in the character creator than I did playing the actual game after the 1.0 launch. Granted, that was a poor investment of time in retrospect.

I have character creation issues! I'm really not joking when I said (some other post) that I will probably spend half a day on just how I look. There are days when I'm sure I won't always be clad from head to toe in armor. If I end up committing a significant portion of my social time to a virtual environment I like for my avatar to imbue the characteristics I'll be happy with.

It's an opportunity to represent myself in how how I feel I would or hope to look. It's serious business! LMAO

I always take my time when creating my characters for games. If I'm going to be playing a character for a long period of time, I want to be totally sure that I like how the character looks. Cross race hairstyles sound like a pretty good idea to me, even if I never wind up using them.

I would absolutely kill to see a taru/lalafell with a mohawk. That would just make my entire year right there!
