I want to do it but I cant. Something stops me everytime. Not sure what it is. Maybe its all the great friends I have amounted over the years or all the fun I have with my friends. I even tried to change servers and couldnt do it.

If that doesnt work... uhmm well....
Let a friend of yours press the D button on the Delete Screen a while on your character...
Or do it the fun way:
Shout in Aht Uhrgan to the GMs, use every offensive word you can think of, they put you in jail and you just continue do that.
