I went to windy and talked to the lil guy and know im supose to experence the 7 different weathers. I found 5 no problem at all now im on the last two which have been a pain in the *** to find, FIRE & ICE.. Fire isnt a big deal to me cause i have seen it b4, but ice is my real problem.. every guild i look at talks about that Glacier place which i cant seem to find, would someone help me please get this weather... thank you

If you can get the Tele Valzal crystal or have it, just tele out to Xacrabard for Ice 100% everytime

Fire is in Dunes about 65% of the time.

Hope the helps

you just need some help getting through Ranguemont Pass to get to Beaucidine Glacier where Ice is just minutes away if not instant.

Fire, you just need to wait in Valkrum long enough for it to come around. just remember you have to zone into it to be able to get it.

Nope. You can get through with silent oils and prism powders though. As mentioned before, Batallia downs also has Ice weather but it's very rare.

Your best bet if you can't get help is to grab a stack of sneak oils/prism powder, a warp item, and a reraise item, and run up to the glacier.

For fire weather, I would suggest E. Altepa Desert. Use the rest of your sneak oil/prism powder and go through korrolakka tunnel until you reach the desert. Use sneak oils while you are there and get the gatecrystal, since you may be asked to party there in your 30s.

Good luck.

Really, your best bet is to print out the map, stock up on a stack of prism power, silent oils, a reraise item, and a warp item and head out to ragemount pass. As long as you have printed the map out, its fairly easy and straightforward to get to.

For Fire weather, you might be better off going to E. Alteppa Desert - follow same strategy and go through Korrolakka tunnel. Once you are there, you may want to get the Altepa Gate crystal, since you may be asked to party in the desert in the 30s and 40s.

ICE - is sometimes in Quifim too, but the rarity of it is useless. I have seen it once there... the quickest route is going to be through Ranguemont Pass... it is just interesting at times.

ice is so called "the hardest" jus go threw Rangumant pass, hug the right side of the walls > zone into Beaucudine Glacier and there you have it, thats what i did :P

I have never seen Ice in qufim. Either way, Carby doesn't react to Qufim weather. I went there during thunder but nothing happened.

As for fire, if all else fails, you can also get it in Meriphataud Mountains.

Fire can be tough if the season isn't right. But, I think you have the zones down. Yes, the Jungle does have fire, but only during the summer season. Best bet is still valkurm or one of the Altepa deserts. To be honest, most ppl say that ice is the toughest to find because, at 30, its kind of tough to get to the Northlands areas, as you found out. Fire is definately fineky as well. Best advice I can give you is to keep on in valk, or travel to altepa and camp it out.

Ice is hard goto the glacier

FIRE = DUNES.... if you want fire just go there and you will get it.... Dunes consists of 2 things... Fire and Sand Storm so if you want it go there... you might have to wait half a game day but thats only 30min... go kill some gobs and chill... and after that the place where you end your quest is in La Thain anyway (by the pond H-6 or H-3 something like that)

FIRE = DUNES go do it you will get it in less than an hour... and if your in zone when the weather changes... zone out and then zone back in and you will gain the effect ok

hope this helps goodluck ^^

It has to be clear for 2 game days prior before you can get fire in the dunes. It took me about 8 hours in the dunes to get fire one of the times I went for SMN.

I actually got the fire element weather in Meriphataud Mountains. Try there?

For fire, go to Altepa. Sit in Rabao until fire weather shows up, then zone out.

Shouldn't take more than 30 mins tops. (If you don't get it the very moment you zone in.)
