nah this is a newer character than Nela. Nela was either sold to or given to the person that bought the ranger Blaize on IGE. (Crizoc or something like that was who bought blaize) When Blaze was kicked from FATE for multiple things including character buying he bought a new character on Hades (a 75 nin named Kroeger) which he claimed he got from his friend that joined the army (lol). Blaize then gave Nela to his only friend Danielson. Danielson quit FF soon after claiming he deleted his sam which was a lie since it's back now. I'm not sure who ended up with Nela when he quit tho. But he must have given it to someone since it was still running around after Dani claimed he quit.
