I was chilling at Lufaise Meadow with rest of my LS mates waitin for a raise afta this NM Kurrea killed us.(it was our first time, >_> but we killed him later that night and got the drop hurray, all in our second try) Anyways, my girl died as well afta using manafont, but she had to run to work so i promised her i'd log on wit her account and accept a raise3 from one of our whms. We waited for the NM to despawn, and the whms started to raise us. I log out and log back on to my girl's account.(took no more than 3 mins mind you)When i get on and ask for a raise and ask for a raise for her, no one is around to do it. "WTH happened?!? you guys warped already?" This was not the case. Everyone started telling me this crazy story about sum NM that started knocking ppl into other zones, and im like yea right, "seriously guys, is the whole LS jus playin a trick on me?" finally i get a raise and i look on LS and wow like half the alliance is in other parts of the world. "Hmm maybe they were'nt lying" i think to myself. Then i fall asleep, Opps o.O.

Anyways i wake up the next day and zone to Sauromaigne and OMGUBERBBQWTF there is a Buffalo at the zone and like 20 ppl are chasing it down and fighting it. It's Toro, when i went to check it instead of checking i hit attack, and opps my choco runs away. Mind you its already purple so hm mistake maybe i think? Not a mistake, i fire an arrow at it and it chased me down and hit me for 0 dmg. hmm i must be uber, again hit for 0 dmg. "Damn imma solo this NM, dont need all these other ppl here" i thinks to myself. 3rd hit, BAM, umm wth im in Lower Jeuno. FUN NM. anyway that was my story now ill give you all the info i learned about it in case ppl still dont kno yet.

NM named Toro
-Used in Event quest Buffalo Blitz(i think that's the name)
-Appears in Various zones.
-He's none aggro, but if u attack him he will attack anyone in ur pt, or alliance.
-He does no dmg to you at all. However he has addition affect: transport(i call it transport and not warp cause ppl have confirmed to me that he has warped them to locations other than their HPs.)
-Any one on the map can attack this NM dynamis style.
-After this NM is dead a ??? appears under him. you click on it and get a lvl 1 waist(i think it was waist) equip called Red Sash. it has +1 enmity on it, and the ??? stays there for a little while, so multiple ppl can get the item at once.

Anyways, if u see this NM and ur on your way to someplace dont mess with it cause u dunno where u will end up. but if ur bored and u see it, take a whack at it, i say this NM is pretty fun. Kuddos to SE.

Further info: The rate of teleportation depends on the damage you accumulate upon Toro. Meaning if you do 0 damage at all times, you will likely never be teleported. This is how people zone it to the city or w/e. High damage means a very high probability to be teleported, but there are ways to combat it. 1 is to fight standing on the zone-line so when it hits you, you zone into the city instead of being warped (not 100% though!) 2 is to manually zone and erase all hate after an attack.

Secondly, Miura is a HQ spawn of normal Toro and drops the Dash Sash which is DEF: 1 Emnity +2. Toro respawns immediately after being killed (or, after the ??? despawns) so you can freely claim another one as soon as the last one dies. Good luck! :)

My experience is this, since I had no idea about it. I used a weaponskill on him, and he teleported my party member to windhurst and gave him a +1 sash. Next weaponskill, he teleported me to sandy, but I got nothing. So, I don't know if there is a randomness or not.

Also, something I noticed was that when a SMN or BST sent their pets after it, Toro went straight for the SMN or BST. At first I thought my mind was playing tricks on me but then I watched, from start to finish, a SMN summon leviathan, Levi used one of his attacks, Toro's HP dropped like a log, but he went running for the SMN and not Leviathan.

If I see him again I'm gonna pop a regularcrab familiar on him and see if this is the case, but all SMN and BST be warned, our typical tactics aren't going to work on this guy.

Fighting these things can be very fun. I was up a lot of last night just mad pulling and killing these (and two HQs) in South Gustaburg. Tons of people were killing these things. Every skeptic I knew about this event that has done it has all fear erased. Very fun night and I got my Dash Sash. Should be useful, especially for NIN. Maybe I'll use it if I need the extra bit of hate on my main too.

This is a very fun event, and I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't for my LS mates. I went out there, saw Toro, decided to build up TP a bit. When I came back, I killed it with a 1213 Penta Thrust and got a Red Sash. "Yes!" I thought to myself. "I can actually do something with NIN now :D"

Then Miura, the "HQ Buffalo" spawned and we all fought it, 213 regular hit sent me to Port Bastok, lol. When I got back (luckily in time to watch it die) I picked up the HQ belt, dash sash. I tossed my red sash, then built up 300 TP and used a meat mithkabob, waiting for the next Toro to see how much I could do at full strength... but I ended up hitting him before I could use Penta Thrust and he zoned me again- 300 TP lost. ; ;

Oh well, it's a really fun event and you should consider getting either of these sashes (preferrably Dash sash) if you have a tank job you're levelling and it's having a little trouble keeping hate. :3

Not really. I was fighting it at the Upper Jeuno Batallia Downs zone. I was hitting the thing for about 130+ per hand and always got off several attacks before it turned around to hit me. The first time I landed in Southern Sand'Oria, but when I warped back and tried again all it did was knock me to my HP (Upper Jeuno). The third and fourth times I landed in Windurst Waters and Southern Sand'Oria, but by the time I came back it was dead and the ??? was gone.

I do agree with the fact that if you never do damage to it you'll never be attacked and warped because there was a low level Mnk (I think in the 20s because it looked like she was wearing beetle gear) running around hitting for constant 0s and was never attacked.
