Large Spanish community on Ragnarok?Follow

Hi there,

I was reading on another Allakhazam thread that there is a large Spanish community on Ragnarok, is this true? If so I would really appreciate it if a few of the Spanish players would take a look at my study on http://www.videogamestudies.com so far out of 8900+ responses only 10 have come from Spain.

Its also got me wondering, do other servers have a reputation for having large national communities?

i heard that many spanish people come to this server because its got the same namz as the mmorpg ragnarok online, that is verry populair under the spanish people

There is a huge spanish LS I joined when I was a newbie, it was called hamhamclub, I left just for the sole reason that they all acted retarded.

Jajaajjaja i know you, you leave the LS cause you are the best noob of the ls, that is the reason.The only player rearted who stay in the this ls was you. Nos vemos Noooooobarron XDDD.

I think no one really know the real story of hamhamclub ls. I'll try to write the real story of this GREAT ls.

As someone said before, ls be created when EU version come up. Maybe in other countries is easy to learn english, but here not all people read on english. Some spanish ppl love ffxi, and buyed NA version long time ago, and have a good ls. When EU version start some ppl think its a good idea create an ls and help new spanish player to know the game. Thats the way how this ls be created......but.......its a diferent ls now. Long time pass since we created that ls, and now is a different one but with same name. If u ask me that u see a lot of ppl of that ls without know the game, my question will be that still now new spanish server join this GREAT game. This ls is diferent, but his wishes of help to new ppl are same.

So pleeeease. To those ppls who think SP ppls or HAMHAMCLUB members dont be good player......just give a trick......and if he fails, say him why........or dont u remember when start to play this game?? Dont you remember ur first mob killed?? Dont u remember ur first link pull??? Dont u remember that u dont know nothing about game when u start and need to learn to know it??

To Kapao: please, stop to lame about *** player or *** ls. ls member NOT EQUAL other ls members. COULD be equall, but never SHOULD be equal. I hope u understood me.

En fin... voy a ser sincero en el tema, la mayorÃa de los españoles no son muy buenos jugando al FFXI, y los pocos que juegan verdaderamente bien cuando quieren hacer algo serio, se buscan una HNMLS que generalmente suele ser de habla inglesa... y eso da que pensar.

Por otro lado estos ingleses se creen el ojete del mundo, y creen que todo el mundo debe aprender su idioma y ellos no tienen que aprender ninguno. Son inútiles en la mayorÃa de los casos que se creen superiores por el mero hecho de ser ingleses cuando juegan peor que una mierda.

HamHamClub pilló una fama de noobLS que yo creo que tardará mucho tiempo en quitarse de enmedio... si es que lo logra. Yo siempre he sentido un poco de repelús por esta LS, no por nada sino porque bastante me tocaba las narices cuando me llamaban n00b como para acentuarlo más metiéndome en una LS que me va a dar aún más fama de NB (sÃ, ya sé que actualmente no es una LS de newbies pero a la gente le da igual eso, siguen pensando que aún lo es)

arkive: Im sorry, but people like u are "killing" good sp player. Im sure there are a lot of newbie spanish, but im sure there are a lot of JP/NA newbie players. Please, dont flame about SP people. There are good SP players. Maybe u have 2 or 3 spanish ppl in ur pt, but they talk in english and u dont think about it. Please, think on it.

I've had some parties with good Spanish players and I've had some horrible ones. You can't generalize about everyone who's Spanish that way. The biggest problem I see is that there is no auto translate for Spanish so it's hard to really try to get them to see the error of their ways, sometimes, or to setup formations for stuff such as SATA.

On the other paw, I don't see any complaints about any of the other EU nationalities. My linkshell was founded by Swedes and is about half Swedish or so and I've never had a problem with them, some of the best people I know in the game :) Everyone else from the EU seems to be doing fine, is my point, I can't understand why it's only the Spanish players that seem to have troubles :/ Surely you knew when buying the game that the community was predominately English and Japanese. If you want to play an English or Japanese game I would suggest trying to learn one of those languages. I'm not bashing any Spanish player, I just think some of them could've used a little more effort trying to fit into our community instead of expecting those of us who have been playing to cater to them.

Its true some spanish dont know a lot of english, it's cause they are 14-15 y.o. and you know, at school they dont learn a lot of english. but 9 of 10 of spanish people try to do their best explaining usin "easy english" or talkin more and less english like me. Its better tryin to explain things slowly than directly <I dont undertand english> like other say....
