Seriously, try and try as I might, I can't find one! I'd also like to add, I'm a 75SMN, so it's not like it's hard for me to get one... (At least that's what everyone keeps telling me... So then why haven't I found one yet!? >.<)
However, it may not be them as much as it may just be me. I don't know about anyone else, but as a Taru SMN, there is only 1 piece of gear I need from HNM and 2 I want. Dalmatica is what I need and Bomb Ring/Astral Signa is what I want. As such, the majority of what -I- want to spend my "LS points" on or whatever system they use, is on gil. THe problem is... only a select few HNM LS actually let you use LS points for gil and/or split the drops they get.
Personally, I cannot stand the "all gil goes to the LS of whom proceed to buy everything you need for you" system which basically makes everything you earn not truely yours... I can't be the only one to disagree with this system, can I? I need a system where you are rewarded with your efforts with buyable items that become YOUR property and not the property of the linkshell.
Alas... There's just not enough options nowadays. :( Oh well, at least there's always Ballista. ^^;
EDIT: It's kind of funny how you make a post like this, and then something becomes available to you on the same night in a totally chance meeting. XD Looks like this post was unnecessary... but I'll leave the raw contents in so in case people have an opinion still.

No wonder you didnt find hnm ls most people join hnm ls to have fun with there friends doin endgame things (and easy to tell you got no friends lol) you only mention (I WANT I NEED and so ) your very greedy person you didnt say anything about what you can give or do for the people

No one else finds it hilarious that he thinks he needs a Dalmatica? OR that he thinks he'll ever have a chance at one?
We all have our wish lists. I know I've got some pretty long shot items on mine, but it doesn't mean they won't go on.
I dont see why you guys are giving him such a hard time for listing some items he desires. Everyone has hopes and dreams in the game, thats part of what the game is about. Though being item centric isnt the kind of attitude most HNM ls are looking for, its important to know what your members are interested in.

Anywho... I find it funny too, saying that he "need[s]" it. An item of that prestige is hard to come by and reserved for, in my understanding, long-standing members of a dominant HNMLS of some sort.
More power to you, Vrtra, for setting your goals high, and good luck to you in your new end-game adventures.

ok... well... Im not trying to flame at all don't misunderstand me. but.
dalmatica... there's really only a handfull of people on our server (non jp) who actually have this. is it because they are better? no... it's mainly because most HNM ls's caught up in drama this summer it seems.. also would like to add... before you get a dalmatica you would need to really pull some strings to get seniority/points highenough to contest everyone else in ls to get one first...
also another thing is... your post sounds along the lines of you get your items and then you are done in the ls.

I personally would love to join one, but i dont forsee that ever happening. I would just like to join for the thrill of killing badass ****, I wouldnt personally even care about drops, gil, points, whatever the case is, those are just a bonuses to me. Anyway, thats just my 2cents, gl on the Hnmls, and eventually on the items u desire, Just have some patience.

Ok, here's some guidance for dalmatica (some cat forwarded me to this link... blah blah):
Join whatever akuadvanced is called right now and be dedicated. You won't just be handed a dalmatica, but that's the linkshell where you can say "put me on the bottom of the dalmatica list" without being laughed at. If they don't let you join, you're screwed.
Next attempt is to learn japanese and try to get into one of the jp linkshells and be dedicated. If that doesn't work, you'll have to settle with a vermillion or royal cloak for a while.
Last ditch effort is to bring one of the tu'lia linkshells out of their af2 and tu'lia farming phase. You gotta hook up people with packet sniffin' voke bots so they can win pulls at aspi / nidhogg. Getting people closer to japan is also a plus.
Some jp linkshells are at the point of only going to aspi/nidhogg for things like shura boots. Once they've freelotted dalmaticas for people to get +1 versions or for secondary jobs, you might be able to buy the right to lot on the scroll with large amounts of gil or dynamis currency. (rear) in the translator seems to mean dynamis to them.

Mithrankittycat: Actually, I've camped Adamantoise without any competition whatsoever for all of four days before maintenance happened. This was not even with a HNM LS. We were more of a mini-HNM LS but still managed to pull enough people there to take Aspidochelone down. Unfortunately, he never popped. :/ So I wouldn't say he's bot-camped.
And for all those people saying how greedy I am because of my "want and need" for items... /laugh.

When you open any HNMLS request with "I only want such and such items", you will only be greeted with hostility and you'll never get invited.
HNMLS is about fun, friends, and fun. The items are a nice bonus, but after killing your first run of gods, or your first big HNM, you should all be saying, "Wow, that was so fun", not "Omg, X got the kabuto, he's such a greedy *******"

those were probably the four days right after aspi popped... when there was NO CHANCE for aspi. Also AdamantoiseNQ drops absolutly crap. No ls is going to send a huge force to bot it for adaman ore.
Hmm i see your point in an HNMLS but you really gotta dedicate yourself to it ive been in a couple and looking for another 1 not that im really desperate for 1 my advice is if you cant find 1 just lvl up another job
