It's not as much that I can't log that really got me so pissed, it's that they show the server status as fine and dandy and that there is no customer support. You can try to call, but you'll get a busy signal (does anyone know of another international business that gives you a friggin busy signal when you call?). You can email them but they apparently don't read or respond to that sort of thing. You can even try to go LIVE CHAT like I did for 2 hrs to have it a rep pop for 2 seconds and automatically end the session before even asking what is wrong. I even right click copied the text from it, but when i went to paste it somewhere, it wouldn't. They even give you a little survey form to flame on, problem is as soon as you hit send it prolly goes into an automatic trash folder. When it all comes down to it, there's nothing you can do except quit and find a more reliable game. I'd ask them to refund my fees for the month, but how can I, when there's no POL rep for me to correspond with?
My point is, I'm not upset by not being able to play as much as I'm upset at the utterly useless customer service that I'm being afforded. Honestly, I'd pay more if that's what it took to make it so I could play the game I bought, and get assistance from Service/Support, but whatever I pay I should have the reasonable expectation of being able to play or knowing why I can't and being refunded.
Anyway, I finally got to vent and feel an iota better...
