here is another /random post.

1: I have decided to do the starter runs for C.O.P. for some of my LS members that need it.
2: If all goes well, we will be completing all the missions to obtain Al'Taieu access.
3: I am allowing a few free slots for some people who would like to join.
4: If you would like to /join, please reply here with the following:

A) Job/Levels
B) Which C.O.P. Missions you either need/or are on.

(Please note that we only need people who are willing to listen and follow specific instructions without any arguements/complaints. If you can not do this, I kindly ask you to please dont ask/post here)

5: Wait for a reply from me in game. (This doesnt meant that i will get to your reply the same day. i am a very busy person. There is no set times for the missions because the members of our LS are in different time zones, so we must work around everyones schedule. But weekends, especially friday nights are preferred.)
6: At this time, we are currently looking for the following jobs: WHM, BLM, SMN, RNG.

I will post updates as the time comes. thanks.

Underestimation.
Please be careful if you're signing up, these missions are extremely difficult, I'm not here to scare people away, but please keep in mind a few things.
1. RNG is NOT the solution to a lot of the BCs, in fact RNG damage is SEVERLY gimped on a lot of the BCs
2. You MUST be flexible for these missions, you'd need some people in your set to have 2-4 jobs at 60.
3. Some of the things you need to do are non capped (NMS) which require very high levels to kill, like the NM in Defkults tower which can cast GA3 spells and reduce any non prepared PT of 75's to ruins if you're not careful (not saying it will happen but if it got GA3 happy it could).
4. The last few BCs are rediculously hard and require a LOT of cash to do (pots/ethers/food/drinks/icarus wings/reraisers/high reraisers).
5. Without good balance you're toast.
6. Last BC is non capped and level 75 PTs are used to wipe the floor by ******.
If you sign up for something like this be sure you're not just throwing your name into the hat cause you think it would be a good idea and a free ride cause if you're under level 70 you'd just be leeching in a lot of ways.
Lastly I recommend having a set PT of 8 people, its a hassle but you can pick and choose jobs that way, also if you make it clear to people that they will only be able to go so far because of their job then its beneficial for both parties involved.

Underestimation? No... Determination? Yes...

Hard? Not really... I am already at the preps to fight the Ultima BCNM. A FFXI Linkshell member and I thought it was a great idea to get everyone completed with COP Missions (My LS is 70+ except a few RL friends who started game late). So I stopped at Ultima to get them all there as well. All the Mission/BCNM's were a breeze. (Won Every BCNM First Time.) All you need is a few good people who are willing listen and do as they are told. I just thought it would be a good idea to allow a few good people to come along who needs it. (Just trying to help out some people who have not done it yet)

Also, it was stated that everyone who posted here would get to go. It was a /random post to see if we could fill a open slot or two.(Because some LS members cant come because of World Time Differences) (Job/LVL Specific As Stated In The Beginning Notes)

I'm not knocking down your efforts at all, but it was just a warning to those that think that the BCs are easy.
You make everything sound very easy for the BCs, unless you have the perfect setups they are NOT as easy as you make it out, no matter how skilled players are. For example the mithra trackers BC, I saw the DRG mithra tracker open with Banishga2? 3? Then the DRK immediatly used Spiral Hell for 900 damage killing 1 person, then the DRG used Skewer killing another, in the first 10 secs.
If you have SMN/BLM a plenty then of course the BCs can be done easily, but unprepared they are not easy.
Also a lot of people want to try the BCs and enjoy the experience of working out how to defeat them without a guide/FAQ, to do so requires a lot of deaths and experimentation.
I think its great what you're doing, helping out a few other people get futher along the COP mission line, the more NAs with Riven access the better I think, they're great EXP areas.

COP Starters were a success. Just went with 18 ppl from the linkshell except 1 run where one of our blms had to leave and we went with a /random /shout. Took about 1 hour each one. PTY Setups were: war/nin, rng/nin, rng/nin, blm/whm, smn/whm, whm/blm. Doing Aquaducts today.

BTW, thanks for the rate downs for just trying to help out. Appreciate it much whoever did it. Good Job!

I'm curious if you have any people that would be interested in killing a few Carmine Dobsonflies in Riven A01, if you could get 18 people from your LS to promyvion then Riven would be a ball.
If you ever go give me a tell.

Heres an update:

1: Subligar farming time in aquaducts for a few people who need/want them.
2: Then doing Aquaducts mission.
3: When Rivern Site A01 is obtained, will be farming Carmine Dobsonflies there. Willing to take a few people outside of LS if needed. (job specific) (preferably WAR, RNG, SMN, WHM, BLM only. unless specified otherwise at time of preperation)

Post replies here if interested. thanks

Hi there,

Finished the minotar mission a while ago and interested in continuing and/or farming subligar if fits into my online/nonbusy time. jobs are 75rdm/72whm/60brd/51blm/44pld/39smn/24drk/23war/...... In game name is Kamalii...although I do spend a ton of time on my mules crafting lately, will give you their names ingame. To be upfront, I work a lot better when I know times for things and have them planned in advance. I like to keep busy ingame, so scheduled things are good...lol.
