We are looking for members for the CoP missions, perferabally on or after mission 2-5 in CoP. We are working around NA time zones, looking to meet around 2:00-3:00EST once or twice a week, although times and days are only tenitively scheduled.

Fishy those job requirements won't be set in stone, from one mission to the next, so it would be best to broaden your search. I can tell you right now the same jobs you will use for diablos next, will not be the same for Monarch Linn/Riverne B01.
And for anyone who tried to get into my set but couldn't, this is the next best thing. The Fishstickz is Incredibly Tough and thats no lie!
We may have split our alliance up for better time set ups, but we still go over mission plans together, travel through the tougher areas which are a bit sweeter with more Oomph that is each other, and share the same Tiyha Fund for medicines and other consumables.
The only thing that will hurt this set #3 will be how much you applicants care about showing up and giving it your best.
So If you're somewhere around the Ancient Vows(Monarch Linn Mission) or Transient Dream Chapter, signing up here is the way to go.

You will need 2 BLMs at level 50 or a SMN at level 50 at least.
In my opinion the level 50 capped BCs are very very very hard for DD, I swear theres anti RNG BCs where RNG damage is pathetic.
I tried one BC with Mithra trackers as RNG and BLM.
Eagle Eye Shot = 120, RNG attack = 40-50 WS = 70ish
Freeze = 750+ damage
Your set needs to be very flexible, you'll probably get access to most areas but DON'T think RNG is the solution for a set.
