{Hello} I'm writing this in hopes of getting a decent ls, the reason i say decent is because i've found that many ls aren't well established and dont really do much unless its an HNM ls. I'll list some of my job levels and a brief paragraph for any ls leaders or sackholders that might be interested in knowing what i'm about if you would like to contact me you can email me or contact me through ingame.

at anytimes and Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30PM to until 3AM.Although this isn't necessary to post it doesn't hurt to have it on here.

Goals: Reach level 75 Rdm aquire various end game items and equipments while having fun and helping others do the same,level blm to 75, level all crafts at least to 50, finish all missions for sandoria,Zilart, and CoP, and continue to have as much fun as i can while i help others and hopefully provide them with some enjoyment. I'm not sure what else to type on here except that i'm really interested in finding an LS thats active in different things and thats dedicated to keeping the ls together and fun for everybody. Lol like he said he is really looking for a great LS. I know of one Dynamis LS or HNM LS I won't be joining. I have my eyes set on DynamisCatAttack and joining them in the very near future. But anyone that has obtained a level 70 job in my book deserves to be treated with respect and a great LS. (well some level 70's)

Exactly i'm looking for a really good LS doesn't have to be HNM just an active LS that actually does things, personally HNM ls or not this is how i would run an LS, part of the reason why so many LS fail is because the leader doesn't carefully consider who he is going to give a sack to, which then leads to sackholders giving out pearls to anybody which i think is a mistake, i mean sure some ls work out but i've been in many that have failed because of things like this people give out pearls to just anybody and problems arise, personally i believe your shell is your like your online family and if your leader doesn't have a clear definition of what he wants to do with the ls and what type of people he wants in it then it fails. Like i said this isn't true for every shell but in my case its what i've seen and its sad because there are many good players out there that deserve to be in a good LS but simply dont have one or are in crappy LS because their aren't many good ones beside HNM ls. So like i stated before i simply want an LS that is active and has a decent amount of members doesn't exactly have to be HNM.

WEll like i posted above some ls work that way and do work out, but not all i was in an LS whose leader is a certain thief and i swear everybody in that LS had sacks it was like seriously who didn't have a sack people who had just joined would get one. Personally i just think thats how an ls should work some people may not like it but you have to admitt that an ls should have order. Now i totally agree with your comment about people asking for help as soon as they join a shell i hate when people do that i've been in shells where that happens and when nobody offers to help they just leave and we never see them again, i was in one ls where the ls message for a while stated that help would only be given to dedicated members of the ls and i thought that was great because many people simply want to leech and then when they are asked for help on something they say no.

I try to help as much as i can in an ls when i can but if i ask for help later on and i dont get any offers when people are just sitting around i leave the shell, i've had that happen to me many many times some people dont ask for help but if you offer it they are quick to take it then when you need help they couldn't care less.

I'm one of those people that vowed when i was a lower level that i would help others if it was within my abilities, and i think i've kept that promise to myself pretty well, i just feel i should be in an ls that has order and structure yet fun for all members.
