Granted, there's a 70k [ish] loss if you don't HQ the craft, this guy jacks up the price of said item like 500k per sale.... Tarun I think his name is?.. Anyway, try something like that.. The demand for them unfortunately is never going to go down..

I'd say the guy makes like.. 3.3 million profit on one +1. Something like that.. So yeah.. As much as supply and demand is concerned, people aren't going to stop price gouging.

Have you looked at Silent oil? Once upon a time it was 4k a stack.. Same with shihei.

I remember looking at a Traveler's mantle with a 10k price tag and thinking to myself that I'd never own such an expensive piece of equipment.

The price of everything is going up. It isn't just supply/demand, it isn't just that some materials are going up in price as well, and it isn't even the gil sellers. It's player greed. I remember when a stack of 12 silent oils used to be barely 7-8k, but they hit 14k the other night. What the hell? 14k? That's more than 1k each...

Ninja tools are on the rise, foods, and other simple items. The problem is not a lot of people can craft some of this stuff, but the items are extremely important so they can jack up the price with little effort. I mean I'm not going to try a run through Kuftal Tunnel without silent oils just to save some gil and I sure as hell hope your Ninja tank has at least 5 stacks of Shihei on him.

And I know who jacked the prices of scorpain Arrowheads. Send that person a tell...I have done this many times, telling them that they are only making enemies with jacking the prices up. I get a few tells back saying stfu. but over the course of a week I have seen stuff come back down.

Also here is another thing I have noticed too. There are certain players that camp an item, come sell it, have their friend come by and jack the price up, and that person that sells it gives the gil back to the person that buys it and repeat. This has happened to many times to tell. Just check out people camping expensive items. I am now getting to the point where I really think SE should really jump in and put a cap on items.

I remember when M. Heart (GS) was 400k back in December. I was like cool that isn't that bad...I didn't check it again until Feb. and it is over 1.1mil...WTF.
