It is probably better just to camp Jaggedy Eared Jack for it. First of all the item is extremely worthless except for the level 70 Maat fight for THF, and secondly why would you want to pay that much for something that really does nothing? Unless SE has updated this item and added huge stats... don't waste your time and money.

If you do go after JEJ for it... don't camp it as a Thief. I got the drop a total of 7 times out of near 100 and not one of the drops came while I was Thief or Thief sub. I camped JEJ for hours upon hours as THF with nothing. I had better luck as RNG/WAR.
