Give some Derfland Humus to the dude tending the Queen's garden in Chateau d'Oraguille.
That's for the glacier. The pass map is a quest in Selbina where you have to rescue some merchants. This requires getting a charm like the one you need for rank 5 and using it to open the prison door in Beadeaux. Once you free them, go back to Selbina to get your map. I helped some people get rank 5 and picked up a second charm for that quest then.
For the map of Ranguemont Pass its a quest in Selbina.

I just did this quest its not too hard, but you need fame to get it. Make sure you can sneak/invis yourself while in Beadeaux. I soloed De'Yue Headhunter at 50Drk subbing Rdm not to bad either.
