Been a lot less (none, I think) Dany topless scenes this season.

I read something last season that said she is done doing nudes. I didn't believe it, but maybe it's true.

I noticed that too, the weight loss. Her shoulders look bonier or something. She didn't need to lose weight, but I guess the Hollywood machine got to her anyway.

Is it really a necessary spoiler if it was revealed in like... Season 1 of the series? (Pretty sure they did...)

Yes. The whole scene was about the Hounds unwillingness to let Arya treat his wound because of his fear of fire. That's irrational.

Justified fear - yes perhaps, but rational - no.

And for whomever questioned the spoiler tags, better safe than sorry. I was talking about a scene from the show that had only aired the night before. If people hadn't yet watched the episode, they might not want to know what transpired. Also, I've been slapped for NOT using spoilers.

What's with 'you people'?

Am I the only one majorly disappointed with the fight? So many cuts to cover up their lackluster choreographie. The scene as a whole was really good. But when two of Westeros' finest battle, I'd like to see what they are capable of. Not just the beginning of a move CUT Tyrions face CUT the ending of said move from another angle.

Also, too much Daenerys and no Stannis at all. Booo!

Technically, you didn't. They showed the before and the after, but cut away quickly for the actual pop. It's one of those little camera tricks that gets used to imply far more violence than they actually show.

SpoilerHaven't read the books, but I'll take a stab at it. Assuming the Mountain is actually dead then who "won" the fight would depend on the rules of such contests. Technically, Oberyn dealt a killing blow to the Mountain first (with no doubt to that fact given that he could not have dealt any blow *after* having his head squished like a grape), so given that both died in the ring, he may actually be considered the victor after all. Of course, assuming the Mountain is actually dead and GRRM doesn't decide to do some nutty shift like ninja assassins taking everyone out to revenge their prince's death or something. Cause... GRRM.

Oh. And absolutely loved Arya's laughter. It was perfect. I was actually thinking how crazy that just as she seems like she can finally get "home" to someone in her family, they up and die. It's becoming a theme. And frankly, I think she's finally gone around the bend. Which can only be a good thing!

I paused it on the DVR (cause I had to take a closer look, for um... scientific reasons), and Sansa's necklace was more like one of those open buckles used for attaching clothing wrapped around the body (just a circle with a crossbar). It had a chain attached around one part of the circle, which ran up around her neck, and was run back through the other side of the circle and hung down from there. So definitely a gothish kind of thing. Interesting direction with that character too. She's finally getting in the game I suppose. Not sure if that direction will work for her, but who knows?

SpoilerActually, Gregor survived his wounds, but the blade that Oberyn used was poisoned with something that causes extreme pain. With the prince of Dorne dead, relations with the Dornish are going to go downhill quickly, so Tywin has the Maesters doing everything they can to keep Gregor alive in order to be able to execute him later for the killings of Elyah and her children.

Seriously, don't read this bit if you don't know or don't want to know what's going to happen.SpoilerJamie forces Varus to help Tyrion escape, but before Tyrion leaves the city, he has Varus take him through a secret passage that leads to his father's quarters in the Tower of the Hand. It's night at the time, and Tyrion comes out through a hidden opening behind the fire place. He finds Shae in his father's bed, kills her, then heads down to the privy with a crossbow that he took off of a wall display and uses it to kill Tywin. Tyrion, then escapes across the Narrow Sea, where his storyline gets much less interesting. With Tywin dead, Cersei is more or less in charge of the kingdom, and does a pretty terrible job of it.
