I'm a real metal fan .... normally i would dismiss this as a disrespectful attempt at metal, but i'll be damned if Japan can't do this and get away with it. It's like a train wreck .... but you kind of like it. I'm listening to "Headbangya" as i type this ... so please google this and tell me what you think.

For some reason watching that I started thinking of Tenacious D's The Metal.
The JPOP tried to Destroy the metal, but The metal had its way (with The Jpop and and got her pregnant and gave birth to deformed Jpop Metal babies)

I first heard them through a video by a sarcastic a-hole named Internet Aristocrat. I liked what I heard and a couple of their songs are in my regular rotation. Then again, my regular rotation contains both opening themes from anime and an assortment of metal, so really it's likely just logical.
I do like some Anime, but surprisingly enough, i only have 1 anime theme on my pod. I still like what Babymetal is doing, and the amount of bands they are spawning. It looks like this train might keep on rolling.

It seems that a lot of Metal acts are behind these girls. Really, it's just the metal elitists that are having a hard time. People like what they like, and Babymetal has one hell of a following right now. Rob Zombie isn't the first to speak out.
