A good movie for young children, but not the nostalgia homage you'll desire. I felt the movie was desperately trying to retain the feel of the Disney classic, but ended up cheating itself with the presence of some more current styles of humor, a faster pace, and fancier animation.
I didn't even know this movie was being released. I'll have to put it on the list of movies to buy for my godchild, although I doubt she's still at the right age for this kind of movie.

Well that's too bad. Winnie was easily my favorite of the 'special' cartoons that aired when I was a kid.
I'd read some good reviews of the movie, but was still skeptical of the recreation. I'm gonna skip it and keep my childhood memories of Pooh and Piglet safe and sound in my head.
