Mistborn: The Final Empire - Brandon SandersonFollow

Anyone else picked this up yet? I'm interested to hear what others think about it, in hopes that I'm not exciting myself too much.

I'm a Wheel of Time fan, and this author is the one who was chosen to finish the series after Jordan died. So, I picked this up to see what I thought. I have to say that I really enjoyed it, though I could have lived without some things.

What I especially enjoyed was visiting his website and reading the annotations he posted for each chapter. It was refreshing to read about his process, and get a look at what he was thinking for certain scenes.

I have pretty high hopes after reading this first novel that A Memory of Light will be well-written, and maybe will even answer some of the ten million questions that haven't been answered yet. Maybe... one can hope, right?
